Hills of Minneola Community Development District
The Hills of Minneola Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on July 2, 2019 by the City Council of the City of Minneola, Florida, Ordinance No. 2019-05 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Hills of Minneola CDD encompasses an area of approximately 885.15 acres within the boundaries of the City of Minneola, Florida (Lake County). The land within the District is generally located east of Florida’s Turnpike, south of Sugarloaf Mountain Road and north of Thoroughbred Lane.

The Hills of Minneola Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on July 2, 2019 by the City Council of the City of Minneola, Florida, Ordinance No. 2019-05. The Board consents to special powers set forth in Section 190.012(1) and 190.012(2)(a), Florida Statutes.
